Position Details
As a Manager Trainee you will spend time learning from the best of the best.  In preparing you to eventually manage a Strouhal Tire Center, you will be assigned to one of our training locations to learn the ins and outs of building and servicing our commercial truck tire accounts. 

Our store managers are responsible for planning and preparing work schedules, ordering merchandise and formulating pricing policies on products and services.  Managers supervise employees in sales, service, product transport and managing inventory.  Also key to our success is having managers that provide the highest levels of customer service...both to internal associates and to our paying customers.

Other Requirements...

• A track record of leadership and great performance
  
• A high school diploma
  
• Willingness to relocate to south Texas for Trainee period, then possibly again for a growth opportunity within the company.
  
• Management experience is a plus, but not required.
